It has been an honor to witness her take this step—to move from an idea to something real, something lasting. This is more than a book; it is a reflection of who she is, and the care she carries into everything she creates.

Tracy L. Graber was inspired to write her very first child’s book from a similar experience with her granddaughter, Mila Jayne. Her inspiration was also built from fond childhood memories shared with her family’s exposure to gardening and growing. Dad would till the soil and Mom would plant the garden.

She and her sisters spent long summer days plucking apples, pitting cherries, and selling the most ginormous fuzzy, juicy peaches by the paper bag.

One of her fondest memories was pulling weeds with her father and searching for earth worms after dusk. Her mom has a cellar full of jellies and jams, green beans, and pickles from the garden’s harvest.

Tracy (Grandmama Gee) hopes this book will sprout a desire in her young readers for everything that grows and leaves a legacy to her dear grandchildren, Michael Jacob and Mila Jayne.

The Tiny Little Lemon Seeds is a gentle story inspired by moments shared between a grandmother and her granddaughter.
