Jae Williams is an artist, designer, educator, author, and the founder of GreysLion. For more than 35 years, she has explored creativity through art, storytelling, publishing, and design, helping others discover the confidence to create meaningful work of their own.

Her artistic journey began with graphite portrait drawing and acrylic painting, inspired by poetry, music, and the expressive qualities of the human face. Over the years, that passion grew into a lifelong pursuit of learning, teaching, and creating across both traditional and digital media.

With a background in art education and years of experience in graphic design, publishing, and creative instruction, Jae believes creativity is not reserved for a select few. It is something that can be nurtured, developed, and shared throughout a lifetime.

Today, GreysLion reflects that belief by bringing together art, story, design, and education to encourage lifelong learners to create with purpose, curiosity, and confidence.

Every creative journey has a beginning, and every artist has a story worth telling.

The Studio Journal is where Jae shares the experiences, lessons, and discoveries that have shaped her creative life.
